Maple syrup... made in Guatemala

I love spending time in a grocery when I travel... you learn lots of stuff about what people eat and how those items are commercialized. I saw these shelves full of "maple syrup" in a grocery this week. I guess Guatemalans love pancakes. But on many of those bottles, it was clearly labelled "Made in Guatemala". For someone born and raised in Quebec like me that's a bit hilarious. Too bad they don't have a real idea of what maple syrup tastes like.
