Touristic development

If there's one thing Tulum isn't is a typical Mexican city. It's only current purpose is to be a tourist hub. They also want to attract rich Americans and other foreigners into buying expensive properties along the ocean. I've seen ads like "Buy a lot from as little as US$88,000"! On the way from the Mayan ruins yesterday, I spotted this sign in French for a recent tourist development.
