Smallest city park

Most of the cities are proud to have HUGE parks that define their city... the classic example is Central Park in New York City. Portland has many parks within its limits... including the giant Forest Park, which is one the largest in the US. But it also has the world's smallest city park... Mill Ends Park. It,s a big circle of 2 feet of diameter... or 452 sq inches.
