Oatmeal on wheel

I know Ecuador and Colombia like the oatmeal, they both have commercial drinkable products. In Colombia, it's usually cold however. In Ecuador, I saw many stores offering warm oatmeal (and not just for breakfast). But in Puero Lopes, I also encountered a street vendor on wheel with a large thermos barrel. A glass of 8 oz costs 40 cents.
